We invite you to engage in a session, whether it is a 1 minute warm up, 5 minute short sequence or one of the longer specific routines. Create the intent to be present for you! Embark on a daily practise that suits your needs. Choose from an array of meditations, mindfulness activities, asanas, or one or more of the other specific activities to maintain your strength, flexibility, balance, mental calm, clarity and focus. Energize your health and wellbeing by being the best you can be. Walk your path, continue to achieve, be agile, active and empowered in your intentional living.

Joanne is a fully qualified and professional Educator, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, Acupuncturist, Shiatsu Therapist and Health and Wellbeing provider and is a highly regarded instructor in Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, Fitness and Aquatics. She runs a well established alternative medicine practice based in Sorrento, on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia where she has been successfully practising for over 30 years.

Joanne has a passion for helping people realise their potential and to achieve better control over their health and well being, especially those who have been marginalised or overlooked by traditional western approaches, by empowering them through alternative methods and strategies. Her students often comment on her likeable and approachable manner and her good humour and patience when working with them as individuals.
